When me and my partner where looking to move in 2016 we went through an agency where Micheal was the current mortgage advisor. He was so welcoming and helped us understand all of our options, he made sure we where always completely comfortable and understood everything that was going on throughout the process.
During the process of buying our house, Mike fell ill but passed us on to Jen, his partner, she was filled in with our situation, nothing was to much for her, they both went above and beyond for me and my partner.
Mike was always honest and thorough with us, nothing was too much for him and he always had our best interests in mind when giving us our options. It wasn’t easy but Mike got us the best deal we could of asked for and we are still in our home 4 years later.
Over the past 4 years we have stayed in contact with Mike and he has helped us remortgage our current home and got us a Buy to Let for another property. We are currently in the process of remortgaging again and Mike is jumping through hoops for us and always checking in and keeping us updated.
We would recommended Mike to anyone and have complete faith he will not disappoint. We would never use anyone else for our property needs.
